The Board of Stewardship of Holy Cross Lutheran Church is sponsoring a Career Day focusing on vocations in Christian service both within the Church and outside the Church proper. The event will provide youth the opportunity to speak with representatives of learning institutions and with people that have chosen careers such as: pastors, teachers, mission work, music, youth ministry, and social work, such as Lutherwood. The event will be held in the Commons at Holy Cross from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on April 25, 2004. We welcome all youth (for that matter, the somewhat older sector, as we see a lot of midlife career changes as well) to attend. Refreshments will be served. For more information call the church office at 317-823-5801.
